I just realized how much I depend on my dashboard to get me in the mood to workout when I just really need to suck it up and go do it! Restarting Insanity month 2 on Monday because I want to be able to say I finished it, and while I was still fat, too. ;>
Don’t know what happened there- I was fluctuating for about 3 weeks haha. but it’s all good! I think I built some muscle! I’m honestly so happy that my running has improved SO MUCH! :) I feel amazing. I can officially run a 5k :) I really enjoy running now and I want to continue and keep getting better! and obviously be healthy and fit:) duh :)
actually what the heck? please tell me this is because of my period??
