officially under 120 pounds!

119.8 this morning:) Looked in the mirror, down at the scale, back at the mirror.. and i almost started crying. I never thought I’d get here, but I am so proud of myself for making it! It wasn’t easy, but it wasn’t the end of the world either. I did and I did it the right way. I feel healthier and stronger then ever. I am ready to take on the world :)

feeling good!

I’ve lost 17 pounds! wahoo! that’s a lot of weight for someone my height ! so proud of myself :) my friends have really noticed too and it feels so good to see that they’re proud of me!!!! just went on a 25 mile bike ride today! holllaaa! :D i’m so excited to get my weight down to less than 120. can’t wait!

122.6 this morning! wahoo!

im still loosing weight! but very very slowly haha. I don’t mind though, I’d rather it be permanent than just a quick fix! I’m going to burger tap and shake for lunch but whatever, I’ll try just to eat half of one! if I’m not starving by then! I’m so happy that  I’ve lost 14-15 pounds. It really is a HUGE accomplishment. to think that i’m way more than half way to my goal? its awesome.

I just realized how much I depend on my dashboard to get me in the mood to workout when I just really need to suck it up and go do it! Restarting Insanity month 2 on Monday because I want to be able to say I finished it, and while I was still fat, too. ;>
